Returns
You have 30 days after receipt of your order to exchange the items for another item or for a gift card for the amount of the return.
The gift card can be applied to a future purchase at our online store or at our Montreal boutique.
No refunds will be issued.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item was purchased at regular price, we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange. If the purchased item was on sale, the return is at your expense.
If you live in Montreal, you can return your items in person to our boutique.
