MY ORDERS & PREORDERS
Unless there is a special agreement, orders are processed within 2 working days.
Delivery time depends on where the product is shipped. On average, orders are delivered within 7 days. All orders come with a tracking number which will allow you to follow your order once it has left our workshop.
Once the order has been validated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel it on your side.
However, you can send us an email to info@melowdesign.com and if the order has not yet been shipped we will be able to modify or cancel it.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to return the unwanted items or reorder on our site if you want other item(s).
A pre-order item is an item that is still in production, but which you can reserve in advance by ordering and paying. The item will be sent to you as soon as we receive it. This system offers you the guaranteed advantage of receiving, as a priority, an item that you want.
If your cart contains both an in-stock item and another pre-order item, we will ship your entire order once the pre-order item is received in our workshop. We believe this method is the best for the good of our planet.
If, however, you would like to immediately receive an item from your basket that is in stock, simply send an email to info@melowdesign.com to express your special request.
The expected delivery date in our workshop is indicated in the description of each item. Once received, items are sent within two to three business days.
When you place an order on our website, once you have validated your basket, there is a dedicated "Discount code or gift card" space, all you need to do is enter the code of your gift card and the reduction apply to.
You can also pay with your gift card in our store.
If the amount of your order is less than the amount of your gift card, then you can use the remaining balance on a future order on our site or in store.
DELIVERY
We deliver across Canada and internationally, including countries such as the United States and France.
We offer delivery for orders over $150 CAD, before taxes, in Canada and the United States.
Otherwise, delivery costs in Canada vary from province to province; they are determined when ordering.
International delivery charges (all orders that will be shipped outside Canada) do not include import charges applicable upon entry into the destination country. Any import charges or taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be paid at time of delivery. For further information, contact the customs service or consumer rights offices.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your item, please contact us at info@melowdesign.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must not have been worn, damaged or washed and must have their original label.
We recommend that you return your items to us with a tracking number for your own protection as we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by deliveries.
Sale items can also be exchanged for another item or a gift card. However, customers must bear the delivery costs for returning the clothes to the workshop.
On the other hand, we do not accept exchanges on our last chance items, these are final sale .
Items that can be returned are only those that are defective.
In a different case, no refund will be made , only an exchange can be made.
We are demanding on the quality of our products: each item undergoes a quality control before being sent. If you find a defect upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for returning any item at their own expense. You can also return your order by hand to our Montreal workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
However, returns are not valid at any of our points of sale.
If you do not want an exchange, we will email you a gift card for the amount of your original order (initial shipping costs excluded), according to our policy. In fact, we do not issue any refunds unless the item is defective.
If the price of the new item is lower than that of the returned item, a gift card for the amount of the difference will be sent to you by email and can be used on your next order.
If the price of the desired new item is higher than that of the returned item, an email will be sent to you including the invoice and a redirection link to pay the difference.
The gift card has no expiration date and can be used on a future purchase online or in our store in Montreal. However, it is not valid at our other points of sale.
CLOTHING SIZES AND FIT
To find the perfect size, we recommend using our size guide to get a general idea of how our sizing system works.
To ensure ideal garment fit, we also offer measurements taken for each item to show the actual proportions of the garment. You can take one of your own clothes as a reference to measure it and compare it to our measurements in order to find the desired fit.

Yes, it is possible to have a garment altered in order to adjust the length of the skirt or pants for example, or by adjusting the width of a garment.
No, we do not offer the custom clothing creation service.
MAINTENANCE TIPS
You can find care instructions on the product sheets for our clothing as well as on the care labels. We strongly advise you to follow the instructions so as not to damage your clothes and thus keep them as long as possible.

OUR SHOP
We are currently working on creating a Melow store in our new premises at 5720 Boul Monk, Montreal, QC, H4E 3H1. In the meantime, you can come to our workshop and make an appointment for an on-site fitting by telephone at 514-523-6169 or by email at info@melowdesign.com
Appointments take place during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
